Last week we went to Schlitterbahn with some of Patrick’s sisters and their kids. Jace loves it there and had even more fun with his cousins to play with. One of the many things I love about that place is you can bring in your own food. One of Patrick’s sisters made cucumber dip and Jace and I loved it! Cucumbers always make everything taste so crisp and fresh since they have so much water in it. I decided that it would be a great addition to ranch dip which I also love.
3 Ingredient Cucumber Ranch Dip
- 16 oz Plain Sour Cream
- 1 packet dry ranch dip seasoning (you can use name brand if you want I used store brand)
- 1 medium Cucumber
Mix the dry ranch seasoning into the sour cream. I like to let it set for about an hour so all the flavors come together. Then I peeled and finely chopped the cucumber in my food processor and mix into the ranch dip. Next time I’m going to try leaving it a little chunkier.
